Liquid Force Kiteboard Overdrive 148×45.5cm
The Liquid Force Overdrive 148 kiteboard gives light wind freedom with minimal rocker, mid-flex and full wood core. New to the LF board lineup, the Overdrive brings high-end freestyle performance to the light-wind arena. Featuring a non-offset stance, minimal rocker, a hearty width, mid flex, and a profiled wood-core with flat bottom, the Overdrive offers early and efficient planing, exceptional upwind capability, powerful pop, and a smooth, predictable feel. The Overdrive comes with 2 inch fins for solid grip and upwind drive.
The Overdrive was a standout in The Kiteboarder Magazine’s light wind board review. The board features a full wood core, beautiful graphics, and LF’s Liquid Rails. It has a wide outline, flat bottom shape, and flat rocker line, especially between the rider’s feet.

Liquid Force Overdrive Review:
The Kiteboarder magazine tested and reviewed the 148 x 45.5cm with Luxury Footstraps (sold separately): “Liquid Force is offering this board, including pads and straps, for a very low price. The Overdrive looks more like a standard twin tip than a light-wind specific board, so some of the Kiteboard magazine testers did not have very high expectations for it. However, on the water the Overdrive’s performance shocked most of the Kiteboarder magazine test team that tested the board. They reported extremely good low end performance, great upwind performance, a stable and forgiving ride, very good pop, and fun carving.”
“Does everything great. Tons of pop. This board really impressed me and is one of the best light wind boards I’ve ever ridden. I want one now” — Clint Sterba.
“Quick to get upwind and really nice turning with comfortable straps. I really liked it” — Ken Hunt.
“Once I had it in the water I was blown away. It seems to have as much low end as the other boards (if not more), turns well, and is all around fun. For sure my favorite board in the test” — Marko Bartscherer.
