This rebuild kit is the answer when plastic parts on Harken’s 150 Cam-Matic® Cleat have worn out or suffered UV damage, and/or when the springs need to be replaced.
Includes:
- 2 cam caps
- 2 washers
- 66 Delrin® balls
- 2 torsion springs
- 1 base plate
- Instructions
Harken suggests using two springs on each side (order two extra springs separately) to stiffen cam action or to act as a backup if first spring breaks.
The kit is intended for 1993 and later Cam-Matic® cleats. Cam cleats built before 1993 have different baseplates, so the cam caps and cam base plate in this kit will not fit and you will only be able to replace balls, torsion springs and washers. Cam-Matic® cam cleat is not included.
