Hobie 16 Jib Traveler Upgrade Kit – Series 19
The original Hobie 16 jib traveler track made by Ronstan are no longer available. They have been replaced by the new Ronstan Series 19 track and traveler cars. This kit includes everything that you need to upgrade your old traveler system to the new Ronstan Series 19 system.

This jib traveler car with block is an improvement over the original Hobie® 16 jib car because the jibsheet ties off to the eyestrap on the bottom, making this a lower profile system than stock. Compare to Hobie® item #21230000.
Features a spring loaded drop down stopper that will secure the location of the traveler for moving it manually. Or you can tie a line to the stopper knob locking the stopper in the unlocked position allowing the car to slide and remotely controlled with a traveler control system.
Similar to the system used on all pre-1995 Hobie 16s. Pre ’95 Hobie 16s have external tracks that are riveted onto the front crossbar.
