Dynabar HD Slider Assembly
If you are a diehard slider bar user the Dynabar HD Slider Assembly is a quick and easy way to extend the life of the spectra line on your Dynabar. The HD assembly features a thicker spectra line and 2 stainless steal shackles. By attaching the sliding line with shackles, the HD assembly prevents wear on your line where it goes thru the bar. The spectra is easy to replace and all the sliding functions of the bar remain unhindered.
The Dynabar HD Slider Assembly is compatible with all DYNABAR versions. It is made with a double spliced 5mm SK7 1500Kg dyneema line and comes with stainless steel pivots and shackles. This solution allows you to prevent rope wear due to the pull forces being distributed into steel pivoting elements and instead of the steel DYNABAR frame. This solution does not allow you to use the DYNABAR’s Quick Eject release system.
WARNING: it’s strongly recommended to add a drop of glue before locking the shackle screw, check if both shackles are well locked before takeoff your kite.
