Streamlined's Redline extensions evolved from their popular Super-lite line that has been tried, tested, and proven for years. They start with their own unique 6061 T-8 drawn aluminum tubing, made in the U.S.A. All are anodized red, inside and out, and have numbered increments every two centimeters. These extensions are for standard diameter masts. Determine if the extension will attach to a U.S. base cup or a Euro pin, then choose either a short or long model. Upgrade to ball bearing sheaves (pulleys) for easier downhauling, especially with race sails. All have a secure, foolproof adjustment pin tethered to a stainless steel reinforced nylon collar and incorporate Streamlined's powerful “Quick-six” downhaul cleat system and low-stretch downhaul line. Short extensions have an overall length of 47cm (18-1/2") with an extension range from 6cm to 30cm (2-1/4" to 12). Long extensions have an overall length of 65cm (25-1/2") with an extension range from 6cm to 46cm (2-1/4" to 18").
