Harken's downhaul/halyard sheave makes raising the sail and/or adjusting the downhaul with Harken ball bearing sheaves much easier. This is a direct replacement for the sheaves that came with early Hobie 17s. Specifications: 1-1/8" sheave diameter; 1/2" wide; weighs 1/4 oz.; 5/16" maximum line diameter; 1/4" hole diameter; 300 lb. maximum working load. Harken #160.
