Prices and specifications
Murrays' online store prices supersede all other published prices, including the Murrays catalog (no longer supported). On items with choices such as models for different boats, the initial price shown for the item may change based on your choices. The changes will always be clearly marked and the total price for any item will show in the mini-basket display at the right of your screen. Specifications are subject to change without notice. In cases of typographical or pricing errors, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Shipping and handling
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will do our best to contact you if this is not possible. Shipping options and associated amounts will show in your mini-basket as you order. The level of service may be upgraded at our discretion at no extra charge to you. There may be an additional shipping charge for oversized items, in which case the additional charge will be specified during checkout, or we will contact you for authorization.

Basic delivery generally ships via FedEx SmartPost or US Postal Service and a mailing address is required. The estimated transit time is 5-10 working days, but may be longer to some locations such as HI, AK or US territories. The charge for basic shipping is 5% of goods ordered with a minimum charge of $8.95.

Ground service ships by FedEx Ground Home Delivery or UPS Ground Residential, or the equivalent if a commercial address is specified, or by USPS Priority Mail. Time in transit is normally 3-5 working days for addresses in the Continental US. The charge for ground shipping is 6% of goods ordered with a minimum charge of $10.95. Use the following map to estimate transit time for ground service.

Expedited shipping options are also offered during the checkout process:

3-day service is 10% of your goods ordered with a minimum charge of $19.95.
2-day service is 15% of your order with a minimum charge of $29.95.
Overnight shipping is 20% of your order with a minimum of $39.95.
Overnight with Saturday delivery is available to most areas; please contact Murrays for availability and rates to your destination.

For international orders, there are FedEx and US Postal Service (Canada only) options at checkout. We will contact you if the shipping charge will be more than indicated online. Please reply immediately to your order confirmation e-mail if you would like Murrays to quote the cost of shipment by US Postal Service, which is generally less than FedEx for small shipments. Please note that import duties and/or taxes are determined by the government of the recipient's country and are the recipient's responsibility. If the intended recipient refuses to pay the duties/taxes and the shipment is returned to Murrays, the customer will be responsible for the outgoing shipping costs plus return freight.

Backorders
Items backordered on retail orders are automatically shipped as they become available and no additional shipping charges apply. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment for only the items shipped plus the entire shipping/handling charge.
