Prices and specifications
Murrays' online store prices supercede all other published prices, including the Murrays catalog. On items with choices such as models for different boats, the initial price shown for the item may change based on your choices. The changes will always be clearly marked and the total price for any item will show in the mini-basket display at the right of your screen. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and handling
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Ground shipping charges are 5% of the cost of goods ordered with a minimum charge of $8.50 and these charges will show in your mini-basket as you order. There may be an additional shipping charge for oversized items, in which case the additional charge will be specified during checkout, or we will contact you for authorization. If you have requested signature service for delivery to a residential address, $2 will be added to your freight charge. We also offer 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping options during the checkout process. FedEx Ground Home Delivery is our normal carrier unless a commercial address is specified. Use the following map to estimate transit time for ground service.

For international orders, import duties and/or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Backorders
Backordered items are automatically shipped as they become available and no additional shipping charges apply. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment for only the items shipped.

We guarantee your satisfaction with products purchased from Murrays. Please contact Murrays at info@murrays.com or 1-800-786-7245 to resolve any problems or for authorization prior to returning items.
