HISTORY

With the introduction in 1969 of a better traveler car for the Hobie® 14, Murrays began its evolution into the one-stop, watersport mail order business that it is today. From catamaran parts, we expanded into other sports along the way-- first into windsurfing in 1979, then paddling equipment, snowboards, all-terrain boards and then into the exciting sport of kiteboarding. We continue to be the leading supplier of parts and accessories for catamarans, and our current line also includes windsurfing and kiteboarding accessories, items for surfing, wakeboarding and hydro-foil, and all-terrain boards.

LOCATION

We are located in beautiful Carpinteria, California, a beach town midway between Ventura and Santa Barbara. We welcome visitors anytime you're in the area. From Hwy. 101, take Bailard Ave. exit (exit 85). From the offramp, turn toward the mountains, then turn right onto Via Real at the stop sign. Turn left on Mark Ave., then take the second left, Rose Ln. Turn into the first driveway on the right and we're at the back. You can't miss all the catamarans in our parking lot. Although we don't have a showroom, you are welcome to browse through our warehouse and we are happy to help you with any questions. We enjoy meeting our customers!

OUR FACILITY

We stock almost all of what we sell, housing it in our 8,000 square foot warehouse.

With our temperate climate and the ocean nearby, we are fortunate to have a year-round playground where we can test the products we sell.
